Direct, private access to Lake Ternsche with your own 14 m² jetty – swim, fish or simply dangle your feet in the water.
E-bikes, SUP & canoe
The SUP board and canoe, pool noodles and air mattresses are free for you to use – and two e-bikes can be hired on request.
Table-tennis room with darts & TV
On the lower floor, a dedicated games room with a table-tennis table, a dartboard and a TV invites you to sociable hours – perfect for rainy days and evenings with the whole group.
Hybrid sauna on the lower floor
Right next door, our modern hybrid sauna warms you up – classic sauna stove and infrared heat, plus a sound system and mood lighting. Infusions and sauna towels are ready and waiting.
Lakeside terrace & house terrace
Two generous terraces – the lakeside terrace right by the water and the house terrace facing the garden – invite you to breakfast in the sun and long evenings outdoors.
Dream garden with pond
A plot of around 760 m² with a lovingly landscaped garden, a pond and water lilies – a paradise for birds, dragonflies and everyone seeking peace and quiet.
