All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and an armchair; bed linen plus 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person are included. All bedrooms can be darkened and have at least one insect screen. A smoke detector in every room ensures safety.

The fenced plot of around 760 m², open towards the lake, combines a romantic garden with cooling mature trees and a large pond with two terraces and a private jetty that leads down a set of steps straight into Lake Ternsche.

A romantic garden with cooling mature trees and a large natural pond, plus a high-quality Weber gas grill (incl. gas bottle) and a garden house for cushions, chairs, the grill, water mats and pool noodles.
Two terraces
A house terrace with lake views (approx. 30 m²) including a solid-wood table and 8 chairs, plus a lake terrace (approx. 30 m²) with a seating group, 2 lounge chairs, 2 sun loungers and a hot-water outdoor shower (incl. shower gel).
Private jetty
A large jetty (approx. 14 m²) with steps leading straight into the lake and 2 lounge chairs – your private access to a refreshing swim. Stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and canoe available on request.
Parking spaces
3 parking spaces right in front of the house (a 4th by arrangement with the neighbour), plus a bicycle shelter to the right of the house.
EV charging from autumn 2026
An EV charging option is being installed at the parking spaces – available from autumn 2026, or earlier by arrangement.
Fenced plot
Around 760 m² of enclosed grounds – fenced yet open towards the lake, and quietly located. An outdoor clothes-drying rack and outdoor ashtrays are also available (smoking outside only, please).
Safety
Well equipped for a carefree feeling
So that you feel completely at ease, the house is comprehensively fitted with safety equipment:
- Smoke detector in every room
- Gas and CO detectors on the lower level
- Fire extinguisher in the basement's electrical room
- First-aid kit in the lowboard of the dining area
- Lifebuoy at the jetty
- The lake and natural pond can pose a danger to children who cannot swim confidently – please supervise them at all times.
Safety that stays in the background – for relaxed days and calm nights by the lake.
Fancy a quick tidy-up in between? You'll find various cleaning products under the sink, and the tall kitchen cupboard holds a Dyson vacuum, a mop bucket and a broom. Please clean the porcelain stoneware tiles on the ground floor with water or the special cleaner provided only. For the outdoor areas, a broom and squeegee are kept in the garden house.
